LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO DO JUST ONE THING.
Since I was little I’ve always been obsessed with dreams; the tenacious spirit-testing teeth-clenching climb to the impossible mountain-top; that life-defining moment of “I did it when I could barely imagine myself arriving at this point when I started.” That is what lies at the heart of this show: how dreamers can rise to the challenge if they just believe and fight hard enough. Growing up, I’ve always been told “There’s a lot in you kid.” The time has come in my life to prove it.
Every season will be a very different passion in an entirely different environment and community with a single focus: a mission that I and other dreamers who share the same goal and must rise to the challenge and accomplish.
…Facing a fear of the ocean and learning to scuba-dive to visit a famous ship wreck, learning from professional MMA fighters to enter our first tournament, traveling with storm chasers and facing death in face learning how they do it.. aiding an indigenous protest camp to rally the larger community and stop a sacred site from being destroyed.. You’ll see us almost fail, change direction, break down, fall and get up.. again and again.. but most importantly you’ll see what the human spirit is capable of. In the end, this show is about our humanity and how being human potentially means to always be striving to be something more, to be someone better and be a part.. of something larger.
In the end, it’s what the most daring odds-defying humans always say…
“IF YOUR DREAMS DON’T SCARE YOU, THEY AREN’T BIG ENOUGH.”
